Effective October 13, 2026

Summit Sales & Marketing ("Summit", "we") runs summitssm.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We use this information to reply to inquiries, follow up on business conversations you start with us, understand which outreach and channels are working, improve the site, and protect it from abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of service providers that handle data on our behalf: DreamHost (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), and Google Analytics (site measurement, only with your consent).

Cookies and your choices

The site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link, which also appears in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain any business relationship that follows, and delete them on request. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). To make a request, email info@summitssm.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Questions? Email info@summitssm.com.
